Admission Notice - 2017

Applications are invited from MALE candidates only, for Admission to the following Yoga related courses to be conducted at University’s Main campus at Belur for the session 2017-18.

Courses Available

(1) PG Diploma in Yoga (PGDY 1 year Full time Course)

(2) PG Diploma in Yoga (PGDY 2 years Part time course)

Post Graduate diploma in Sports Science

(Please note that in partial modification of our earlier notice, the admission test for the Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Science has been deferred).

The new dates are given below:

  • Last date for submission of applications - 15 July 2013 (Monday)
  • Date of admission test – 20 July 2013 (Saturday)
  • Session will start from 01 August 2013 (Thursday) 

Learn Sanskrit quickly by a new and scientifically developed method

The Course will provide an opportunity to learn -

1) conversation in Sanskrit easily
2) reading and understanding the simple Sanskrit texts
3) pronouncing Sanskrit with much accuracy
4) playing, singing etc through Sanskrit medium

The successful candidates will be given the Certificates at the end of the Course

Admission -

1) Eligibility – 10th pass ( no age limit)
2) Admission fee – Rs.500/- (one time)
3) Application forms availability and submission -
a) Place - Vivekananda University, Belur Math
b) Date - 7 Oct – 6 Nov 2012, on working days
c) Time - 10 am to 5 pm
4) No of seats – there are two batches – each batch - 50 seats
