Certificate Courses in Communicative Sanskrit - Admissions for next batch starting Feb-2018
The Department of Sanskrit Studies & Philosophy under the School of Indian Heritage, Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Educational and research Institute conducts a series of courses in Sanskrit known as Communicative Sanskrit.
Details of the Course
- For whom: Any one who yearns to learn Sanskrit from the beginning may apply
- Age Limit: No upper limit
- Eligibilty: Higher Secondary pass
- Class Timings: Every Sunday 9.00 am to 12.30 pm
- Fee: Rs.1000/
- Essentials: Regularity and Punctuality
- Medium of Instruction: Bengali
- Duration: 6 Months
Venue: Medha Bhavan, Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Educational and Research Institute, Belur Main Campus
Personal Attention: Personal attention is given to help students get over the difficult areas.
Practical Lessons: Assignments and exercises are given and each student is individually monitored.
Pronunciation sessions: Thorough training is imparted in the science of pronunciation of Sanskrit alphabets coupled with several practical sessions.
Certificate: Certificate will be given only to those who have a minimum of 85% class attendance and pass in the examination at the end of the course.
Entry to the Intermediate Course: Students with 60% or more marks in the Course end examination will be eligible for next level of learning – Intermediate wherein more grammar and language skills are taught.
